What happens if my order is not delivered?

If the shipping company attempts delivery three times and the package is returned to us:

• De Puta Madre 69 is NOT responsible for reshipping the order.
• No refund will be issued for failed deliveries.
• The customer must pay for reshipping costs or arrange for pick-up from our warehouse.

Tracking Responsibility: Customers must follow their tracking number sent via email. De Puta Madre 69 is not responsible for monitoring delivery status.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
✔ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔ You contact shop@deputamadreshop.com to request a return authorization.
✔ The return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
