Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items in a single order and they were delivered together.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website (www.deputamadreshop.com). If you choose this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g., via email) upon receipt of your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Non-Delivery Policy

If the shipping company attempts delivery three times and the order is returned to us, De Puta Madre 69 is not responsible for resending the order. In such a case:

• A refund is not possible and will not be issued.
• The customer must cover the shipping costs for resending the order.
• Alternatively, the customer can pick up the order from our warehouse.

Exclusions or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• The delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
• The delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
• The delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can only be delivered at least 30 days later and whose current market value depends on fluctuations beyond the trader’s control.
• The delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for:

• The delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• The delivery of goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
• The delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
