Shipping Fees Calculation & Delivery Time

✔ Delivery Times:

  • Orders paid via PayPal and Direct Money Transfer are processed within 24 hours.
  • Bank Transfers may take up to one week for processing before dispatch.
  • In rare cases of high demand, some products may become unavailable after ordering. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is shipped.
  • The shipment may be delivered by DHL, SDA, BARTOLINI, UPS, or other courier services.
  • In some cases, UPS may deliver to a pick-up point instead of the provided address.
  • Customers must follow the tracking number and arrange to receive or collect their order.
  • De Puta Madre 69 is not responsible for checking the delivery status or ensuring the customer picks up the package.

Non-Delivery & Refund Policy

🚨 IMPORTANT: If the shipping company attempts delivery three times and the order is returned to us:

  • De Puta Madre 69 is NOT responsible for reshipping the order.
  • No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries.
  • The customer must pay for reshipping costs or arrange to pick up the package from our warehouse.

Import Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

For shipments outside Italy, orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties imposed by the recipient’s country.

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer.
  • Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for specific fees.

Delivery Process & Missed Deliveries

📦 DHL & UPS Delivery Attempts:

  • The courier will attempt delivery twice.
  • If no one is available, they may leave the package with a neighbor or at a designated pick-up point.
  • After two failed attempts, the package will be stored at the nearest post office or collection center for up to seven days before being returned to us.

Customers are responsible for tracking and picking up their orders in time.
